By using Scuto ("the extension", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Scuto.
Scuto is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to extract structured data from web pages. The extension processes visible page content locally in your browser, sends cleaned text to AI models for analysis, and returns structured results.
Usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused extractions do not carry over. We reserve the right to adjust limits with 30 days notice.
Scuto uses AI to interpret and structure web page content. Results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You should always verify extracted data before using it for important decisions.
You may not use Scuto to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Scuto and its source code, design, and branding are owned by us. Extracted data belongs to you, subject to the rights of the source website owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Scuto. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
